Payment

You can make payments for products from our website using the following debit/credit cards: VISA, VISA DELTA, MASTERCARD, SWITCH, SOLO, MAESTRO or JCB. WE CANNOT ACCEPT VISA ELECTRON You can also pay by cheque/postal order payable to "Alternative Footwear" and now also by PAYPAL (with a paypal account you can use Visa Electron). You can also select to "Pick up & Pay" from our Ramsbottom store.

WE DO NOT process card payments until your order is complete and ready to dispatch (excludes paypal), cheque/postal orders are not processed until payment has been received and cheques MUST clear before dispatch.

All credit/debit card payments are processed through our secure sever, so you can always be confident when buying from us that your details are not at risk. For your added security, we DO NOT ship to an address other than the registered card holders address. If you really need delivery to an address other than your own, you can pay by cheque/postal orders or paypal.
